International Orchestra Collaboration Highlights Balkan Cultural Ties
A large audience attended a concert featuring the Macedonian Philharmonic, the Sofia Philharmonic, and the State Symphony Orchestra of Thessaloniki. The performance centered around Carl Orff’s grand musical-scenic cantata, “Carmen,” showcasing a significant collaboration between musicians from three neighboring countries.
