With songs by Ohridsko more: Ohridsko more is transformed into a magical musical scene by “Oj Ljubov, Ljubov”

The seventh edition of the Ohrid Lake Summer Festival recently concluded in Ohrid, drawing an attendance of over 1,300 visitors and featuring more than 100 performers. This event has undergone significant growth since its inception several years ago, when it featured only ten participants, transforming into a major summer tradition. The atmosphere transformed the lake into an open-air stage for the audience.

Attendees enjoyed a diverse musical experience, with performances originating from the water and from boats. The VIS “Biljana” headlined the event, delivering what was noted as the longest concert in the festival’s history. The festival attracted a broad audience, including residents from Ohrid, various cities across Macedonia, and international guests.

The organization of the festival is credited to the cultural initiative “5 to 12,” which collaborated with VIS “Biljana.” The organizers emphasized that the event is not a spontaneous gathering but a carefully coordinated undertaking. This required significant planning and attention to ensuring the safety of all participants. The success of the event underscores the commitment to maintaining a high standard of cultural programming in Ohrid.
