Did the airplane from „Rajner“ have an incident and a day before the drama over the Macedonian sky?

An investigation into the recent air transport incident involving an aircraft associated with the German company “Memmingen” has revealed new details regarding the aircraft’s status. Reports indicate that the Boeing 737 experienced an issue approximately 24 hours before the main incident occurred. According to findings cited by the Macedonian MONDO, which is assisting with the technical investigation, the aircraft had previously flown from Thessaloniki to Sarajevo.

However, it was forced to turn back en route due to a mechanical problem preceding the more serious event. Furthermore, records show that the pilot was contacted at the air traffic control center the day before the incident, and the aircraft subsequently had to return to its departure airfield. A radio operator confirmed that the aircraft had been diverted to Sarajevo the day prior, prompting responses from Fltradar24 and an unnamed source.

Authorities have stated that the precise cause of the initial return remains undetermined, whether it stemmed from technical difficulties or other operational factors. The discovery of a mechanical problem with the aircraft so close to the time of the airspace incident has become a significant focus of the ongoing inquiry. Investigators are working to determine the full sequence of events surrounding the aircraft’s movements leading up to the incident.
