MOM Maturanite successfully completed the state exam for the 2025-2026 school year, achieving an average score of 3.66 based on the submitted and considered exams, as reflected in the interim results. During a daily press conference, the Minister of Education and Science, Prof. Dr.
Vesna Jankovska, and the Director of the State Examination Center, Daniela Jovchevska Michalovska, expressed satisfaction with the process and the results achieved. Minister Jankovska noted a significant procedural change this year. She stated that a new Concept was introduced for the first time, resulting in three distinct types of assessments: the state exam, the school exam, and an aptitude exam.
This structure, she explained, ensured that students were tested on the comprehensive material covered throughout their four years of secondary education, a scope that was not consistent with previous examination models. The successful completion of the state exam marks a key academic milestone for the students involved. The structured approach to this year’s assessment aims to provide a more holistic evaluation of the students’ learning outcomes compared to prior years.
