The main court in Kumanovo postponed the trial of 25-year-old Trajce Bojkovski. The accused was escorted to the Kumanovo prison facility, with the main judge and the defense attorney in attendance at the court. In observance of an anniversary, the court directed the defense to submit personal statements from the accused. However, Bojkovski did not communicate with the court regarding this requirement.
Furthermore, during the appeals process, it was reported that the accused observed proceedings from a balcony area. The postponement signals a procedural hurdle in the ongoing legal case in Kumanovo.
