“Ritam na Charsheta” Music Manifestation Returns to Old Skopje

The “Ritam na Charsheta” music manifestation will return for its third edition, offering two days of concerts centered around the historic Skopje charsheta. The event, announced on June 19, 2026, will take place at the “Filipp II – Karpoševo Vostoce” square and the Museum of Macedonian Struggle. The manifestation aims to celebrate the significant cultural heritage of the area.

On Saturday, the event will begin with performances of Macedonian folk music, featuring the ensemble Stefche Stojkovski. Sunday’s schedule includes a concert by young classical guitarist Kostadin Davčevski, representing Serbia. The Skopje charsheta, recognized as the largest in the Balkans and a national symbol, serves as the primary venue for these “ritam” concerts.
