The Ministry of Energy, Mining and Mineral Resources has announced that financial support measures designed to assist citizens in investing in economically, ecologically, and cleanly efficient heating systems will remain in effect until 2026. The updated “Program for the replacement of the Program for the promotion of heating for households for 2026,” which extends through October 31, 2026, has been officially published in the Official Gazette. This decision introduces an additional opportunity for all households that have not yet applied for state assistance.
Eligible residents can now receive support of up to 30,000 dinars. This subsidy covers 70 percent of the expenses associated with purchasing natural gas or installing a gas boiler. To facilitate the implementation of this measure, the ministry has allocated 3 million dinars, which will be deposited into the Ministry’s account.
The extension of these programs aims to encourage the adoption of modern and sustainable heating solutions across residential properties. The continuation of these financial incentives is intended to support national efforts toward energy efficiency and cleaner domestic heating practices.
