THE COST IS 100 EURO IF YOU BRING A TRUCK AND GIVE IT UP ON THE MOBILE

The municipality has begun enforcing updated regulations concerning the management of electric trams, resulting in the issuance of 12 cash fines to date for various infractions. These stricter guidelines were established by the Traffic Safety Ordinance for the municipality, which took effect on July 14. The new provisions introduce detailed operational rules for all individuals responsible for operating the electric trams.

Under these updated rules, specific penalties have been outlined for various violations. The most significant fine, set at 100 euros, was issued to an individual found operating a tram while using a mobile phone. Additionally, three separate instances resulted in a 50-euro fine each for failure to wear required protective headgear.

Furthermore, a fine of 80 euros was levied for a separate violation of general traffic regulations. These measures reflect the municipality’s commitment to enhancing public safety and operational standards for the tram network. The implementation of these new rules aims to ensure compliance among tram operators and maintain orderly transit within the urban area.

The fines serve as an enforcement mechanism to encourage adherence to the recently adopted safety protocols.
