According to the warrant details, the 18-year-old is accused of using physical force against the 70-year-old woman and forcibly grasping her by the neck. The police stated that the actual suspect was known. Following a comprehensive review of the case documentation, the European Parliament’s Skopje Special Police Department and Bit Pazar from the Skopje Special Police Department will pursue charges under the special statute, citing the established basis for prosecution.
