(Video) GORI KIEV! – Terrible rocket attack on the Ukrainian capital

Kyiv and its surrounding regions were subjected to a mass Russian rocket attack during the night, resulting in the confirmed deaths of at least five people and injuring 23 others. According to the State Emergency Service, the casualties were distributed across different areas; four fatalities were reported within the city proper, with one additional death occurring in the Brovarsky district. The Solomiansky region experienced one of the most severe impacts, where a direct rocket strike caused significant structural damage and a large-scale fire.

Rescue efforts were complicated by the fact that several wounded people were trapped within the rubble of a school building, presenting immediate challenges for emergency teams. Mayor Vitaly Klitschko confirmed that the assault caused extensive damage beyond residential areas. Specifically, a children’s hospital was destroyed, sustaining broken windows and damage to nearby parked vehicles.

Furthermore, other industrial sites in the area were also targeted by the barrage. The coordinated rocket attack highlighted the widespread nature of the assault across the metropolitan area. Emergency services continue to manage the aftermath, focusing on rescue operations and assessing the extent of the damage inflicted by the weaponry.

The sheer scale of the coordinated attack has severely impacted civilian infrastructure and continues to claim lives and injuries among the local population.
