However, the AMSM indicated that remaining border crossings are experiencing shorter waiting times. This increased frequency of traffic is attributed by officials to the heightened schedule associated with the weekend and a substantial volume of passport holders traveling from neighboring nations. Separately, related to increased road traffic, the toll structure is undergoing adjustments.
Specifically, the toll fees are set to increase during the month of June. This adjustment is implemented due to the anticipated higher number of passengers utilizing the roadways.
