PHOTO: Facebook.com/fcbarcelona/ The Saudi clubs are upset to bring Barcelona’s star, Rafinha, more money. According to the Spanish sports newspaper “Mundodeportivo”, two Saudi clubs, Al-Nassr and Al-Hilal, are in a race to pay 29-year-old Brazilian, reports Goal.com. According to the listings, Rafinha’s salary would jump from 12 to 48 million euros a year.
Behind the two interested clubs is the Saudi Investment Fund (PIF), which hopes to raise it further by adding to the league with Rafinha’s transfer. To prevent the transfer, the Saudis are prepared to demand Barcelona pay 80 million euros. Rafinha admits that he seriously considered moving to Saudi Arabia.
