The Assembly opened the door for tech revolution, the data center boom and the ecological alarm. Combined legislative changes in the field of digital communications, urban planning and construction opened up institutional reform for the state’s reform course, economic priorities and ecological consequences of the most recent investments in data centers. The Assembly Committee on Transport, digital transformation, living environment and spatial planning considered a package of laws that are being transferred to electronic communications, urban planning and construction regulation, in which the effects of the reforms, digital transformation and potential for implementation were discussed.
