The Democratic Party of the Turks of Macedonia has officially joined the VMRO-DPMNE, thereby integrating into the party’s existing ruling coalition. The agreement, the party noted, was reached through mutual consent, emphasizing a foundation built on trust, reciprocity, and a shared commitment to advancing the interests of all citizens. Prime Minister Hristo Misko addressed the significance of the union, stating that the alliance provides a unified space for collaboration around common principles and goals. Furthermore, Misko’s remarks addressed the role of the Turkish minority within Macedonian society.
He affirmed that the minority group remains an integral part of the community, contributing to the development of Macedonia through their work, traditions, and loyalty.
