According to the proposal, the proposed legal solution, which should replace the current one, brought with it no reform, and, as a result, the possibility of introducing unneeded changes in the prosecution service system is not guaranteed. She is particularly concerned about the employees in the prosecution service, who reacted to this with a reaction, which, according to the proposal, the Assembly of the Supreme Court rejected the decision prepared by the Working Group, and in which, according to the proposal, the representatives of the Prosecution Service, the relevant institutions, and the academic community are mentioned.
