Macedonian text: Photo: Met.mk Due to weakness in the system controls and the exchange/removal of service reports for the 2024 year, state auditors found 235 beneficiaries unfounded, one of the rights from social protection and pension, worth 14.5 million dinars, writes in the auditor’s report “Payment of rights for monetary assistance from social protection” by the Ministry of Social Policy, Demography and Youth. As it turns out, 10.7 million dinars were paid to 190 persons on the basis of guaranteed minimum assistance, 426,000 dinars on the basis of permanent disability (for 5 beneficiaries), as well as 3.3 million dinars on the basis of the right to social security for old people with 40 beneficiaries, for the right to social security for old people. “As the right to social security,” the report says, “was paid to 190 persons on the basis of guaranteed minimum assistance, 426,000 dinars were paid to 5 beneficiaries, as well as 3.3 million dinars on the basis of the right to social security for old people with 40 beneficiaries.”
