Minister of Education and Science Vesna Jankovski and the Director of the State Examination Center, Danielle Jovchevska-Mihalkovska, held a press conference to present the conclusive findings. This year’s assessment required candidates to take three distinct components: the general state exam, the state music exam, and the state qualification exam.
The established pass marks for these required components were reported as follows: 3.62 for the state exam, 3.91 for the music exam, and 3.59 for the qualification exam. Overall, the reported pass mark for the exams was noted at 3.66. During the conference, the minister expressed satisfaction with the results, attributing the positive outcome to the objective nature of the examination process.
She highlighted that the current overall result was 3.69, representing an improvement compared to the figure recorded in 2024, which stood at 3.26. The announcement provided a detailed overview of the performance metrics across the various state levels. The Minister emphasized that the standardized structure of the exams allowed for an objective evaluation of the candidates’ preparation and knowledge base across all required disciplines.
