SDSM believes that Mitkoiski is working for a new political party

The SDSM claims that Miskovski is developing a new party, asserting that his current structure is no longer functional following his departure. According to statements made by Miskovski, he intends to continue his efforts by establishing a new entity. Miskovski stated, “I will start creating a new ‘institution’ using the same strategy I have employed until now—creating political subjects whose sole purpose is to weaken the opposition bloc.”

The situation regarding other figures within the political sphere was also noted.

Specifically, Goran Minčev and Maksim Dimitrijevski, who remain associated with ZNAM, are currently engaged in securing funding and are reportedly undergoing a financial review conducted by the SDSM. The SDSM further contends that even if all current political challenges conclude, Miskovski will find himself without the financial resources that were previously utilized to weaken him within the opposition bloc. The SDSM’s position, as reported on June 27, 2026, suggests a strategic effort by the party to monitor and undermine emerging political formations.
