Skopje High School ‘Orce Nikolov’ Undergoes Comprehensive Cleaning and Environmental Education Initiative

The Skopje municipality, through JП Kommunala higiena-Skopje, conducted a comprehensive cleaning operation at the ‘Orce Nikolov’ high school on June 16, 2026. The initiative followed a period of general maintenance and educational outreach focused on responsible waste management. During the action, approximately 20 cubic meters of accumulated waste – including materials from school premises and the school gymnasium – were collected and transported.

This effort was part of a sustained program initiated by Kommunala higiena-Skopje over the past year. As part of the program, students at ‘Orce Nikolov’ have received education regarding the activities of the Prespa Association and best practices for waste disposal and sorting. The goal is to promote environmental awareness and responsible practices among the student body.
