The Agency for the Management of Assets is projected to experience significant growth in value in 2025, anticipating a 90% increase compared to the preceding year. Financially, the agency is expected to realize approximately 2.62 million euros in loans, with 1.38 million euros slated for disbursement by the end of 2024. According to the agency’s comparative documentation, the revenue generated in 2025 is projected to be 100% higher than that recorded in 2024.

Furthermore, the agency has expanded its holdings by incorporating two additional vehicles and two confiscated movable properties from state institutions. The majority of the revenue stream is anticipated to originate from non-movable assets, vehicles, and devalued property. For 2025, plans include the sale of five non-movable assets across various locations.

These sales are scheduled for Ohrid, Çayır, two sites in Kisela voda, and one location associated with the Mary’s Mother of God crash site. Overall, the operational scope of the agency is set to increase substantially, driven by the liquidation of diverse state assets. The management of these resources is expected to contribute significantly to the national financial structure, solidifying the agency’s role in asset recovery and revenue generation within the region, measured in the millions of euros.
