Simultaneously, legal changes are being considered that would increase fines for companies engaging in unfair trading practices tenfold. He urged companies, distributors, suppliers, and manufacturers to report instances of unfair trading practices, allowing the government to intervene. “During the crisis, we held one such meeting. We will have another on Monday, and we will send a strong warning in the form of a new regulation,” Mitsoski stated.
The proposed legal changes aim to significantly deter such practices. The government intends to utilize these measures to encourage companies to adopt ethical trading standards.
