Skopje Police Investigate Incident Involving Injured Woman
Yesterday, the Ministry of Internal Affairs apprehended a 19-year-old man in connection with an incident in Vizbegovo village. The individual, identified as J.B. (19), a resident of Dobrinovo near Skopje, was observed fleeing the scene following an event that resulted in serious injuries to a woman.
Police officers from the Department for the Investigation of Accidents with Reasonable Causes located the man and confirmed him as the rider of a bicycle involved in the incident. The bicycle, registered under J.B.’s name at the Skopje registry office, was examined, and a formal interview was conducted. The incident occurred around 19:00 yesterday in Vizbegovo.
The woman sustained significant injuries and was transported to the Kompleksot klinika “Mother Teresa” for treatment. Following the investigation, a detailed two-page report was compiled and submitted to the police. The investigation is ongoing as authorities continue to examine the circumstances surrounding the event involving the 19-year-old and the bicycle.
