A light aircraft crashed into the CITIC Tower, Beijing’s tallest skyscraper, prompting a major emergency response in the Chinese capital. According to reports, the Sunward SA60L Aurora impacted the structure, resulting in the complete destruction of the aircraft and scattering wreckage across the ground near the base of the 109-meter tower. Visual evidence captured from Beijing shows the remains of the aircraft near the CITIC building.

The impact was severe, with visible debris including parts of the tail section and landing gear scattered at the scene of the accident. Emergency services mobilized rapidly following the incident. Authorities confirmed that the evacuation of nearby onlookers had been completed.
