Ghuller advanced a proposal for the establishment of a comprehensive Muslim-Arab union. This proposed bloc would encompass several key nations, including Iran, Turkey, Pakistan, Saudi Arabia, and Egypt, alongside other participating countries. According to the Iranian delegation, the submission of a memorandum concerning the Middle East region is intended as a proactive measure to restore overarching regional stability.
Furthermore, the mechanism is designed to preempt potential acts of aggression from neighboring countries. The initiative signals a diplomatic effort to consolidate regional power structures through coordinated foreign policy action.
