A man residing in the Tetovo village of Bogovinje was arrested on the day of his 60th birthday. On August 6, 2026, police officers from the Tivat SRS (60) detained him in connection with an alleged celebration that took place on August 5, 2026, around 11 p.m. During the incident, one of the bullets reportedly struck the roof of his house.
Following the arrest, a search was conducted at the residence of T.S. (60) in Bogovinje, Tetovo. Authorities discovered three 9 mm caliber bullets and two gas pellet bullets within his house.
Furthermore, during the course of the investigation, a search was performed at the home of F.M. (50) in Bogovinje, where three gas pellet bullets were recovered. According to the final investigation documentation, the case will be submitted for a separate appeal.
The police action stemmed from suspicions related to his alleged participation in the earlier gathering. The discovery of multiple types of bullets at both locations is central to the ongoing inquiry into the events surrounding his arrest and the incident involving his house.
