CRTA Funding and Observer List Under Review Following Election Concerns

The Center for Return of Transparency and Accountability (CRTA) has revealed details regarding its recently established fund, confirming it supported 10 individuals. The organization stated that this fund was utilized in connection with the recent local election process. Alongside this information, speculation has emerged concerning the identities of some of the CRTA’s recipients.

Reports suggest at least one participant had previously attended Lazar Dinic’s school in Bor during the local elections. The CRTA confirmed that a list of accredited local election observers included at least 10 people. However, the organization emphasized that accreditation does not necessarily equate to direct involvement in election campaigns.

These individuals were granted accreditations to be present at polling locations. “We do not currently have the ability to independently verify the full membership list,” a CRTA representative stated. Investigations are ongoing to determine the extent of the CRTA’s activities and the potential connections between its recipients and the local election.

Authorities are examining the list of accredited observers to assess any potential influence during the election.
