A Skopje resident with 3.29 milliliters of alcohol in his system caused a traffic jam on the “Spring” street

A 34-year-old resident of Skopje was detained after a car accident that occurred yesterday afternoon in the “Spring” area of the city. The incident took place around 3:10 PM when a “Matiz” vehicle, bearing Skopje registration marks, collided with a “Honda” driven by a 20-year-old from the same city. The initial confrontation stemmed from material damage sustained during the collision.

Upon investigation by law enforcement, police officers determined that the driver of the “Matiz” was operating the vehicle under the influence of alcohol. Testing revealed that the driver’s blood alcohol content measured 3.29. Following the confirmation of intoxication, the individual was formally deprived of freedom at 5:00 PM.
