The individual involved, identified as M.S., 39, was detained in the village of Tetoevo, Tetovo.
Witnesses reported that M.S. was operating a golf car, registered in Tetoevo, which was traveling against the established direction of traffic on the route between Skopje and Veles. Following the observation of the dangerous driving pattern, the Ministry of Interior has taken official measures.
To document the violation, M.S. has been presented with a criminal appeal under Article 297 of the Criminal Code, pertaining to the illegal operation of a vehicle. He is scheduled to appear before an appropriate judge.
