The faces of the children who were taken away from Makedonia stay in the sloboda, so they don’t leave Skopje

A legal proceeding was initiated two weeks ago by the OJSC Skopje concerning measures of restraint. The matter involved three individuals who were identified as responsible for an incident that occurred in Magjarovo. The court hearing addressed the determination of specific restrictions for these three persons.

The incident in question took place on July 6, 2026, at 17:52. Following the proceedings, the court imposed several conditions on the three persons, who were required to remain at the designated facility, referred to as the “sloboda.” These restrictions mandated that the individuals could not leave the Skopje area for a period of two weeks. Furthermore, the court established comprehensive limitations on the defendants’ movements and interactions.

Specifically, the individuals were prohibited from approaching the minor involved in the incident, the minor’s parents, or the physical location where the event took place. These measures were put in place to ensure adherence to the judicial ruling regarding who was involved in the prior incident. The court’s decision effectively confined the persons to the premises for two weeks and restricted their movements within Skopje.
