The Regulatory Commission for Energy, Water Services and Management Services for communal waste has announced a reduction in the price of gasoline and diesel, effective immediately. The decision, taking effect overnight, will see a decrease in the price of several fuel types for a period of three to seven days. Eurosuper B-95 will be reduced to 84 dinars per liter, down from the previous price, while Eurosuper B-98 will be available at 86 dinars per liter – a reduction of 4 dinars.
Diesel will be sold at 80.5 dinars per liter, and Extra light oil for household use will be available for 79.5 dinars per liter, both representing a decrease of 7 dinars. The price of fuel oil has also been reduced. The low-priced price of fuel oil is reduced by 3.932 dinars per kilogram and will be 42.291 dinars.
These changes are intended to alleviate pressure on consumers regarding fuel costs. The Commission’s decision reflects ongoing efforts to stabilize energy prices within the country. All prices are quoted in dinars.
