New Investors Emerge for Ski Kozuf Invest Tourist Center
Ski Kozuf Invest, the company now operating the tourist center, announced plans to reopen the facility following a period of restructuring. The venture has attracted interest from several new companies, including two Bulgarian entities. Specifically, Internešl Group Strumica, a construction company established in 2018 and currently owned by Zunče and Graľ – both companies based in Petrič, Bulgaria – has emerged as a potential investor.
Graľ’s operations also include the construction of stands and cannabis cultivation. Internešl Group Strumica previously included Goran Krstev, a Strumica-based businessman, as a key associate of Prime Minister Zoran Zaev until October 2024. Details regarding the timeline for the new companies’ assessments, particularly by the directors of Ski Kozuf Invest, are pending.
