Aco Đukanović, brother of Montenegrin Prime Minister and President Milo Đukanović, has left the territory of Crna Gora, according to reports from RTS Podgorica and N1. The confirmation follows reports originating from the safe sector in Podgorica. The ongoing prosecution against Aco Đukanović is centered around criminal activity linked to locations within his Podgorica apartment and a residence in Nikšić.

RTS Podgorica confirmed that the investigation focuses on these specific areas. The Police Administration has provided the prosecution with evidence gathered during his arrest. This includes documentation, video recordings from the arrest, and seized weaponry.

Authorities are currently preparing this evidence for use in the case. Mr. Đukanović was taken into custody and underwent questioning on February 28th.

Following the arrest, a search warrant for his Podgorica apartment was executed on March 2nd. The Ministry of Internal Affairs of Crna Gora, in consultation with mediators, has provided information related to the case. Further details are expected as the investigation continues.
