The confirmation follows reports originating from the safe sector in Podgorica. The ongoing prosecution against Aco Đukanović is centered around criminal activity linked to locations within his Podgorica apartment and a residence in Nikšić.
RTS Podgorica confirmed that the investigation focuses on these specific areas. The Police Administration has provided the prosecution with evidence gathered during his arrest. This includes documentation, video recordings from the arrest, and seized weaponry.
Authorities are currently preparing this evidence for use in the case. Mr. Đukanović was taken into custody and underwent questioning on February 28th.
