Venomous snakes are poisoning the village of Kina by the riverside, and the inhabitants are fighting for life (VIDEO)

Reports indicate that residents in the village of Hangzhou have encountered numerous instances of wild snakes near the river. According to local accounts, the animals have been observed crawling into the deeper bends of the river. A recent video circulated online depicted a cobra moving through the water, prompting local authorities to advise villagers on safety measures, including the use of brooms to clear snakes from the riverbanks.

Local media reports suggest that the snakes may have escaped from a nearby pharmacy. Authorities had reportedly treated the facility to contain the animals, and the pharmacy was stocked with antivenom supplies. Despite precautions, the presence of the wildlife has led to incidents where local residents have been bitten and required hospitalization.

These localized dangers occur against a backdrop of severe regional weather. The area is currently impacted by torrential rainfall associated with a typhoon, which has caused widespread flooding and necessitated mass evacuations. The disaster has already resulted in 39 reported fatalities across China.

The convergence of environmental hazards—flooding, displaced populations, and the heightened presence of snakes—presents ongoing safety challenges for the community.
