The initial report detailed an overturning accident involving a vehicle. While an initial report implicated a specific four-wheeled car, police investigation, utilizing surveillance footage from the “Seif City” system, revealed that the vehicle initially cited was not involved in the actual incident. Investigators determined that the overturning was orchestrated by a truck belonging to the loading service.
Several people were involved in dismantling and overturning the vehicle. The motive behind the staged accident was to fraudulently collect insurance payouts intended to provide lifelong financial support. The police concluded that the deception involved the calculated staging of a major incident to defraud the insurance company.
As a result of the investigation, two individuals from Tetovo were taken into custody. The authorities confirmed that the scheme aimed to illegally secure funds through insurance claims by simulating a catastrophic event.
