He also confirmed that the text of the memorandum will be published, most likely at the official ceremony of signing. The American President also mentioned that he will not be present in Geneva for the signing ceremony.
Instead, the President of the Republic of Serbia, Djela Vance, who will represent the American administration at the ceremony, will be present in Geneva.
