Hernando Sheriff Investigates Mysterious Skull Found in Second-Hand Shop
Hernando County Sheriff’s Office is investigating the discovery of a small human skull found within a second-hand sex shop in Brooksville, Florida. The skull was located on May 16th at “Jericho Ministries Thrift Store,” a business approximately 65 kilometers north of Tampa. The sheriff’s office reported the unusual find via Facebook, stating the skull is the smallest human skull recovered from a second-hand sex shop in the state in recent years.
Authorities are seeking information regarding the individual who deposited the item into the store between 11:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m. Initially, investigators suspected the skull was an ornamental piece, possibly intended to resemble an ornate skull.
However, they now believe it is a genuine human skull, alongside other items left at the location. The sheriff’s office is appealing to the public for assistance in identifying the person who placed the skull at the Brooksville shop.
