Ministry of Finance Launches Third Phase of E-Invoices Project

The Ministry of Finance (MOF) has initiated the third phase of its ongoing e-invoices project, according to an announcement made on June 4, 2026, at 10:54 am. This phase focuses on providing companies with a testing environment for the e-invoices system’s web application. The initiative aims to facilitate practical testing for electronic invoices.

Building upon previous phases, this project began with the first phase’s testing of ERP system integration with the e-invoices system. The second phase introduced Application Programming Interface (API) services for handling e-invoice processing, forwarding, rejection, and formatting, alongside testing of extended time indicators. Consequently, modifications were made to the API call structure and JSON format, requiring companies to update their existing systems.

The Ministry of Finance’s continued investment in this project underscores its commitment to streamlining invoice management and supporting businesses through technological advancements. The ministry anticipates this phase will further enhance the system’s functionality and usability.
