The fire was reported to be burning grass in the vicinity of the DJID Komerc facility, with smoke also affecting surrounding residential cottages.

Upon notification, teams from the Skopje Fire Brigade were dispatched to the site to manage the situation. The incident marks a recurrence of issues in the area, as DZS previously reported a similar fire at the same location. During the prior incident, materials including school supplies and plastic were reportedly burning, leading to an uncontrolled and spreading odor in the surrounding neighborhoods.
