The Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of North Macedonia submitted a criminal complaint against S.G.O.B., a Serbian national, to the Supreme Court of Skopje, on behalf of a legal entity, as well as against the legal entity itself, due to the existence of grounds for suspicion regarding the case of “Abuse of the position of public call, addition of a contract for a genuine advance or genuine-private partnership” under Article 275 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of North Macedonia. The complaint was submitted by S.G.O.B. in the jurisdiction of the public call and the entity of the public call, as well as in the jurisdiction of the entity of the public call, which was damaged by the person in question, in violation of the law and in violation of the law.
