According to Čedoimir Kičiravki, the shift supervisor at the Kumanovo Fire Brigade, the blaze was burning through the grass. The fire at Prmako Vineyards has been localized and subsequently extinguished following the intervention of the local fire services. The incident occurred in an area noted for frequent open-space fires.
Residents of the village of Perč Ččo have been issued warnings following the event. The report detailing the successful control of the fire was issued on July 6, 2026, at 17:31. Authorities stressed the importance of vigilance, especially in areas prone to such incidents.
