The CSZD started a campaign: No tolerance for sexual harassment at work

The Commission for Combating Discrimination and Protection from Discrimination (CSD) has initiated a campaign emphasizing zero tolerance for sexual harassment in the workplace. This initiative is part of the larger project titled “VIOLET – Workplaces free of sexual harassment and violence.”

The CSD started consultations to determine activities designed to foster a new culture of respect within professional environments. The project receives co-financing from the European Union through the Programme “Equality, Rights and Harmful Practices” (CERV), which was launched on June 30, 2026.

The overarching campaign will feature two distinct national educational initiatives. These campaigns are designed to inform and educate the public about the nature of sexual harassment and provide actionable methods for protection against this form of discrimination. The first of these campaigns, operating under the theme, “What is sexual harassment?”, aims specifically to elevate public awareness regarding the definition of sexual harassment and detail effective preventive measures.

Through these coordinated efforts, the CSD seeks to promote safer and more respectful workplaces by addressing the issue of sexual harassment comprehensively.
