The Internal Affairs Department in Kocheti has initiated criminal proceedings against several individuals following allegations of misconduct in the execution of their official duties. According to a statement from the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the department filed a criminal complaint after suspecting that the listed persons committed “unlawful acts in the service.”

The individuals named—S.Š.S. (53) from Makedonski Brod, S.Ѓ.

(59) from Skopje, and seven others, including Z.M. (64), S.Z. (61), T.K.

(42), N.D. (43), G.P. (41), and M.Z.S.

(44)—were formally submitted to the Internal Affairs Department in Kocheti. The core of the complaint centers on the alleged dereliction of duty while these individuals were employed by the State Labor Inspectorate between 2022 and March 16, 2025. Specifically, the complaint alleges that the group failed to meet the required legal obligations pertaining to inspection supervision.

Police sources accompanying the report indicated that adherence to the established Inspection Supervision Laws would have precluded the individuals from assuming leadership roles within the department. The filing by the internal affairs unit signals a formal investigation into potential breaches of professional conduct and statutory requirements. This action underscores the department’s commitment to upholding adherence to procedural laws within public service roles in Kocheti.
