THE CASE IS CLEARED – CRICKENY PRIVACY FOR FOUR MINORS AND FIVE PARENTS

The State Security Service (SVS) in Skopje announced that it has concluded its investigation into an incident that occurred on June 30, 2026, at approximately 9:40 PM in a park within the Aerodrom municipality. The initial report detailed an altercation involving a 12-year-old girl who was allegedly subjected to physical assault by several minors, while others were reportedly recording the event using mobile phones. Following the incident, local authorities confirmed that a criminal complaint was formally lodged with the Public Prosecutor’s Office of Skopje.

This legal action was initiated by representatives from the Aerodrom and Drachevo Neighborhood Communities, in coordination with the Kiselovoda Neighborhood Community. The complaint outlines specific criminal charges against three different minors. Two juveniles have been accused of the crime of “assault,” as stipulated under Article 386 of the Criminal Code.

A third minor faces multiple charges: “stalking,” referencing Article 23 in conjunction with Article 386, and “unauthorized filming,” citing Article 152 in connection with Article 386, Paragraph 1. While the initial police report indicated the case was investigated and subsequently cleared of certain immediate procedural issues, the filing of these charges suggests ongoing legal proceedings regarding the alleged misconduct. The investigation into the details surrounding the crickeny nature of the confrontation remains under judicial review, ensuring that all charges are processed through the appropriate legal channels.
