Investigation Continues Against Football Federation of Macedonia (FFM) Figures
Yesterday, amendments were made to the pre-trial measures in the ongoing investigation concerning the Football Federation of Macedonia (FFM) and allegations of financial irregularities totaling 180 million dinars. The investigation, involving 18 physical and legal entities, is being handled by the Public Prosecutor’s Office. The changes relate to twelve individuals previously under investigation, including Ilčo Ѓорѓиоски, the injured former president of the FFM.
The amended measures will see these individuals appear before the Skopje Supreme Court, necessitating their release from the current prosecution. Five individuals will be transferred to the prosecution authorities for further questioning. Mu’aed Seydini, also the injured president of the FFM, is currently in the custody of the court.
The total sum of the alleged misappropriation amounts to 180 million dinars. The investigation remains active as authorities continue to gather evidence and pursue legal action against those implicated in the alleged financial discrepancies within the FFM.
