The Assembly brought the Code of Ethics for the transport of ambassadors to the Assembly, on the first day, within 104th session, unanimously with 82 votes “yes” brought the Code of Ethics for the transport of ambassadors to the Assembly, and the ambassadors started the debate on the establishment of the need for the transport of a pretext law for double and primary arrest. The Assembly was convened on 15th June 2026 at 16:02 and the President of the Assembly, Afrim Gash, announced that the Code of Ethics for the transport of ambassadors was to be determined as the main principles and standards of the transport of ambassadors in the Assembly. Gash announced that the Code of Ethics was amended with the support of the National Democratic Institute.
