Iranian media outlets reported explosions occurring in several locations, including Bandar Abbas, Kish, Sirik, Dishak, and the Khuzestan province. One fatality was reported, and a squad was reportedly raided at a water pumping station in Mahshahr. The Iranian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, through spokesperson Esmail Baghi, commented on the situation.
Baghi stated that the attacks by the U.S. military on American bases and facilities situated in the southern Persian Gulf constitute a legitimate and legal exercise of the region’s inherent rights under international law.
