BRISTOL WANTED TO BE SOLD, but now the plans for reconstruction are in another race

The Macedonian company Makedonijaaturist is reportedly selling a property located in the center of Skopje to a Bristol company. The prospective new owner has been identified by the Agency for the Accident Investigation as GMM Propert. Details regarding the purchase price are not currently available and are expected to be disclosed during the regular trading period on the Macedonian Berza.

GMM Propert is a company that was established in October 2024 to provide service activities. Financial records indicate that the company generated no income by the end of the year. According to data from the Central Registry, GMM Propert was noted as being under financial exposure, specifically carrying a bank loan of 5 million euros.

At the time of this report, the sole owner of GMM Propert was Emil Kratouliev, who is also a member of the Management Board of Uni (Society for Insurance Security Group AD Skopje). Kratouliev co-founded the company with Zoran Antić; however, the article does not specify the current ownership structure beyond this initial information.
