THE 30 YEARS OF THE TRAIL – DNA analysis has discovered the site of the buried remains of Mount Everest!

The identity of an unidentified mountaineer, previously known only by the moniker “Green Chameleon,” has finally been confirmed after three decades. For many years, the body of the climber remained a fixture on the world’s highest peak, remaining unnamed due to being obscured by the harsh conditions of snow and extreme cold. The breakthrough in identification occurred after the body was discovered through its association with local green climbing chameleons.

Scientific investigation, specifically comprehensive DNA analysis, established that the remains belonged to Dorjee Morup, a 47-year-old Indian mountaineer. The prolonged mystery had generated speculation. For the past thirty years, some believed the remains could belong to another Indian climber, 28-year-old Tsegang Paljor, who was reportedly found near the primary body.

However, authorities have since clarified the findings. The Indo-Tibetan border police officially confirmed Dorjee Morup’s identity immediately prior to the burial proceedings. This confirmation concludes a decades-long search for answers regarding the fate of the climber on Mount Everest.

The successful identification marks a significant conclusion to the enduring mystery surrounding the body, providing definitive closure after many years of speculation.
