Tractor Driver Severely Injured After Falling into Ravine Near Konche
A 55-year-old tractor driver from the village of Konche, Z.S., sustained severe injuries following an accident on a regional road near Dedenovo on June 1, 2026. According to reports, at approximately 12:00 to 15:30 hours, Mr. S.
was operating a tractor with Skopje license plates when he lost control of the vehicle and fell into a ravine known as “Lakavica.”
Emergency services, including the Territorial Firefighting Unit of Radovish and the Emergency Medical Service of Radovish, responded to the scene. Mr. S.
was extracted from the ravine and transported to the Clinical Hospital in Shtip, where he was diagnosed with severe bodily injuries. Following a subsequent investigation, authorities determined that Mr. S.
was operating the tractor without a valid driver’s license. The incident resulted in a teshko damaged tractor. The investigation is ongoing.
