Skopje – Macedonia has been elected as a member of the United Nations Economic and Social Council (ECOSOC), marking a significant diplomatic success according to President Silianovska-Dakovska. President Silianovska-Dakovska described the achievement as a direct result of a more consistent, principled, and active foreign policy implemented over recent years.

She emphasized the importance of determination and a clear vision in securing this position. “This success is the result of a more consistent, principled and active foreign policy that has been pursued since then, determination and vision,” stated Silianovska-Dakovska. “I am particularly pleased that our long-standing diplomatic efforts and activities for the development of the country have been successful, as well as the fact that the number of foreign friends and partners with whom we have had the opportunity to meet in various contexts has been fulfilled.”
